A Peace Deal is likely, ending both wars (Ukraine & Iran-Gaza), and allowing Trump to take credit

A comprehensive Peace Deal is likely, ending the terrible destruction in Iran, Israel and Arab states. It will be brokered by Trump and Putin.
It will end not only the Iran war, but the Ukraine war too. In this way, Trump will be able to claim credit as a peacebroker.
The reason that BOTH wars would logically end together, is that the US supplies intelligence and missiles to Ukraine (even if it sells those missiles), while Russia supplies intelligence and missiles to Iran. The US can force Ukraine to moderate its demands, while Russia can force Iran to moderate its demands. The US could pressure Britain and France to cease supplying Ukraine.
Despite his complicity in not stopping Netanyahu from launching war on Purim (see Purim-Iran-War.html), Trump would deserve credit if he can bring BOTH wars (Iran and Ukraine) to a close.
It would also save the world economy from going over a precipice.
I believe that it would also end
- the Greater Israel project. Instead, peace will develop. I do not believe that a Palestinian state is the solution, but, instead, a single state of Israel-Palestine, based on Millets, as presented in my book Holocaust Reparations And The Gaza Genocide: Does One Holocaust Justify Another? https://www.amazon.com/Holocaust-Reparations-Gaza-Genocide-Justify/dp/064583615X.
- the Third Temple project. The Third Temple can be built 200 metres down the hill, in the City of David, where the first and second temples were located, as shown by George Wesley Buchanan and other scholars (see Temple-not-at-Dome.doc). Alternatively, Jews might accept the Dome of the Rock as the Third Temple, and worship there by agreement with Muslims
- Globalization. This would be a defeat for the Globalist Jewish bankers (Rothschilds at The Economist, George Soros at Project Syndicate, and Larry Fink at Blackrock and the WEF)
- Jewish dominance. The whole world has woken up to Jewish dominance, i.e. Jewish attempts to impose an agenda on everyone else
- DEI and the Woke movement. Minorities will no longer be stirred up against the majority, so communal relationships will be more harmonious
- China's decision not to invade Taiwan during the Iran war gives hope for peace in the Pacific
But if, instead of a Peace Deal, Trump launches a ground invasion of Iran, the world economy will be plunged into an economic depression. Many countries, including Australia, will run out of fuel. There will be panic-buying as during Covid, and workers will work from home. Prices will explode. And the Ruling Class will very likely remove Trump with the 25th Amendment; the world cannot afford such an erratic and impulsive hand at the controls. The Boston Globe is just one voice calling for the 25th.

UPDATE April 10, 2026
Trump proposes Iran & US joint tax on ships through Hormuz, $1 per barrel, to pay for Iran reconstruction & US coffers
It's a great idea. This could pay for the reconstruction of Iran, and help keep the US $ afloat a bit longer. It would make sense for Oman and other Gulf states to get some income out of it too, to pay for their reconstruction. The amount per barrel would not be much, and it could pave the way for a lasting peace, and a new order in the Middle East, one in which Israel is fored to make peace with its neighbours rather than dominating them. If Trump can pull some sort of victory out of a defeat, he might still come up smelling roses and even win the midterms - Peter M.
Trump's Unlikely Suggestion of a Joint U.S.-Iran Shipping Tax
By City A.M - Apr 09, 2026, 1:00 PM CDT
- Trump proposed a joint U.S.-Iran system to tax ships in the Strait
of Hormuz, a critical artery for global energy flows.
- The idea emerges amid fragile ceasefire negotiations and broader discussions
on sanctions relief and nuclear constraints.
- The proposal underscores the high economic stakes, with potential implications
for oil prices, global trade, and regional stability.
President Trump has floated the prospect of a "joint venture" with the Iranian leadership on administering a tax on ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz in a new peace deal for the region.
Trump said both the US and Iran could jointly tax ships passing through the stretch of water, which is critical for around a fifth of global crude oil supplies, with negotiations developing at a fast pace following the announcement of a two-week ceasefire.
He told ABC News that it would be a "beautiful thing" for the two countries to cooperate in shipping operations in the region.
"We're thinking of doing it as a joint venture. It's a way of securing it, also securing it from lots of other people," Trump said.
Questions from the US broadcaster about a possible tax followed a report in Reuters last month that Iran was considering a tax worth a fee of $2m for ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz.
Separately, a spokesperson for an Iranian energy union said a tariff of $1 per barrel of oil could be imposed on companies, and payments would be made in cryptocurrency.
The US president also said China played a role in diplomatic negotiations between the US and Iran, along with Pakistan, while adding that the country would not retain uranium enrichment capabilities.
'Big money will be made' The blocking of the Strait has left the global economy on the brink, given large supplies of oil and gas, as well as other products and materials, including fertilisers and helium, depend on free passage to maintain trade flows.
It has prompted economists to warn about historic fuel shortages, recessions and an inflationary shock.
In a post on Truth Social, the US president said the country would be "helping with the traffic buildup" across the Strait of Hormuz.
"There will be lots of positive action! Big money will be made," he wrote.
"Iran can start the reconstruction process. We'll be loading up with supplies of all kinds, and just "hangin' around" in order to make sure that everything goes well.
"I feel confident that it will. Just like we are experiencing in the U.S., this could be the Golden Age of the Middle East!"
Trump's latest tariff In another post, Trump said that countries supplying weapons to Iran would be slapped with 50 per cent tariffs with "no exclusions or exceptions".
However, he also separately said that the US was discussing sanctions and tariff relief for Iran.
Trump wrote: "The United States will work closely with Iran, which we have determined has gone through what will be a very productive Regime Change!
"We are, and will be, talking Tariff and Sanctions relief with Iran. Many of the 15 points have already been agreed to."
The US president was referring to a 15-point plan that reportedly includes a commitment to ending a nuclear weapons programme and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
The vice-president, JD Vance, said the ceasefire was "fragile" and called on Iranian leaders to work in "good faith".
The ceasefire is also on wobbly ground as both the UAE and Kuwait said they were dealing with a string of attacks and missile threats. Israel has continued its attacks in southern Lebanon in its war with Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah.
U.S. Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, meanwhile, claimed that Trump "chose mercy" as the ceasefire agreement came after Iran accepted it under "overwhelming pressure".
